2. Now go to Layer > Duplicate Layer. 
3. Set this new layer to Soft Light. 
4. See how it makes the picture more clear and contrasted? :D 
5. Add a new layer, by clicking the button boxed in red. 
6. Fill that layer with this color (using the paint bucket tool): 000d5e. Can't find the paint bucket tool? Look below in the comments. Set the layer to Exclusion.  7. Your picture should look similar to the one below. You can either leave it like that, or continue on.  8. Click the bottom layer. Go to Layer > Duplicate, again.   10. ALL DONE. :) Your picture's effect should resemble this:  |
